Well. USING AN illegals point of view the previous one b/c this one IS NOT AMNESTY.. THIS ONE HAS FEES, FINES, BEING FORCED TO GO BACK.ETC.

Laws are only relevant when they can be enforced.
Natives had laws regulating the usage of land (not the property, since there was no belief in land ownership). Yet when the European invaders came, they disregarded those laws on property usage and imposed their own laws.
What is happening now is similar. A law that cannot be enforced is a joke. And the current laws are stupid, like having a law making it illegal for the Sun to come up tomorrow.

No amnesty bill will work. Are you forgetting how the 1986 was a disaster. This bill is MUCH WORSE!

The 1986 amnesty called for repayment of back taxes, and in 1988 the back taxes were forgiven as well.
I wouldn't be surprised if not a single illegal ever paid a penalty of any kind. Why should they? Who is going to make them?
