The short answer is 'YES'.
You will of course need the supporting documentation such as birth/marriage certs for you and your parents.
Years ago nations were unhappy at people having more than one passport. But things are (surprisingly) more relaxed now.
The important rule to adhere to when travelling is always to use that countries passport when you are entering or leaving eg
travel from uk to France - leave on the UK passport and when you get to france show the frnch one.
What would you want a French one for?!?!

I don't know if it has changed recently or not but my step father (Tunisian origin) had all 3 from those countries too.
I think it depends on which countries that people are allowed to have multiple passports but I know these 3 allow it.
Anyone from Tunisian origin insist you have theirs even if you don't live there.

i would have thought you would have been granted one as a baby unless your parents took you from France on their passport. get in touch with the french authorities
I would have thought you could apply for a French passport, but you need to contact a French embassy to check it out. As far as the UK is concerned, there is no problem about holding several passports as well as UK one, but some countries do not allow this.
Years ago, a Brit with French parents went on a day-trip to France, they said he was French and dragged him off to do national service for 18 months! - I think they've got rid of that now.
