What makes an illegal alien with legal birth rights to be here become illegal?

Illegal aliens can be any one from a border jumper to a millionaire with birth rights what is causing the problem is the fact that the INS simply does not process ANYONE's papers for years. Do you think 12-13 million immigrants with heridatary birth rights to be here should have their paper work ignored for years?

ask bush to withdraw the troops, and use the war money and use those soldiers to process the documents, it should be done in less than a month for sure
I dont think it anyones papers should be ignored. Whats the frickin hold up anyway?

I dont understand why the processing of these papers takes so long. Even to get an appointment, just to ask questions at a US embassy takes months.

Yes our system is seriously flawed. With the technology we have today it should be a smooth and swift process.

Instead of our government being so cheap maybe we should be hiring extra people to work at these places!!
thats the point 13 million applications .and INS have to chack every one to see the valid claim to immigrate to the U.S...also why does everyone wants America to solve their problems..comming to America dont automaticaly sovle your problems...immigration is not like it was back in the 1930 when you can find a job any where ...in mordern America you need education to servive..again America cant sovle the worlds poverty with immigration...we have to be selective now..America can find jobs for their own much less new immigrants .
One is either legal or illegal,,there is no middle ground,,,
