Illegal immigrants: Deportation or legalization?

Answer:
I really do not believe that this is a question. Let's see, if I rob a bank, and am caught, do I have a choice? Heck no! I broke the law and will be punished. There is no question. As for legalization, sure. After you go home on your own dime and pay back everything you swindled the American Citizen tax payers out of, please step to the end of the line like everyone else! I still don't believe anyone is asking this question, as if there is any other answer other than DEPORT, NOW!
Deportation.

they broke the law.
Deport
Only one answer to that, deportation, deportation, deportation.
Close the borders first.then humane deportation. Blanket legalization is basically saying breaking our laws is okay. Not to mention that a friend of mine is going through the process legally from South Africa and there is a lot of health and security screening that goes on for a multitude of reasons. One option might be to offer aid in the filing process to those who are deported, therefore helping them begin the legal process to return.
Legalization. Why should they be deported? They're trying to make a living here in the USA and do all the jobs that Americans refuse to do. They have families as well.
Deportation. THe problem of legalization is that it would encourage others to come. If there was a strict law enforced to send a message that we would not tolerate uncontrolled migration, Legalization of a few would be tolerable.
Deportation and send our traitor politicians with them.
Six months detention and THEN deport them.
You people that don't want to deport them on the basis that it is unfair...possibly racist etc. Need to take a look at our legal immigrants. We have people that are well educated, promising productive members of society that would love to come here and become Americans in nearly every aspect of their lives. They are waiting, sitting and hoping that someday they will get that phone call. They did everything legally, and truly want to become an American.

These are the people that we should be concerned about before we starting giving amnesty to all the illegal aliens in this country. Why should they become citizens when we have people that did everything we asked and still cannot come here and join our great land?

Illegal immigrants need to be deported, and they should be forced to go through all the same measures that every legal immigrant has before they are even considered for citizenship.

You want to talk about fairness? Its NOT FAIR...to make those people sit around and wait while we grant citizenship to people that forced their way into our country illegally.
A state has the right to monitor the immigration. Total legalization is not possible for it might jeopardize national economy. But a great state has to help poor countries and its residents.
No one must be allowed to make US laws instead of US citizens. Illegal immigrants must understand the law or be sent back to their country.
