Does anyone knows what Guest Worker program is & its laws ?

I'm not sure of the exact laws, but in the CNMI, where I live, we have had this program for quite some time. Usually there are recruitment companies in the source country who seeks out employers. They may hire the worker at a yearly contract. The salary is negotiable, but usually $300 or $400 a month. The positions are mostly farmers and maids.
