I have a home,and i am behond my county taxes because of job relate problem,what should i do ?

Call the tax office and explain; in many places they will set up a payment agreement; in a lot of counties, you can be extremly behind and not lose your property; in some places the taxes can be sold to a private company to pay off and collect.

call the tax assessor's office and ask if you can be put on a payment plan.
