Why do so many bust their butts trying to get to America, some illegaly, then complain when they get there?
Answer:
We have become too lax in enforcing informal social control.
There was a time and place no so long ago when saying something anti-American would get you an a**-kicking, and rightfully so. The good old days. And if someone went to the police, the cops would just laugh at them and tell them they got what they deserved.
But liberalism has destroyed our cultural values. It has become increasingly difficult to stem the tide of anti-Americanism and victimhood that liberalism encourages.
It's generally the illegals complaining, demanding things they aren't entitled to BECAUSE they are here illegally.
The people that come here legally are entitled to rights under the law just like everybody else, and don't need to try to protest for rights they haven't earned.
ari, is that you
i don't know. if they are going to whine about it, then they should just stay their own country.
