I am a Nigerian my fiancee is also a Nigerian studying in the UK, what do i need to be with her in the UK?

We are intending getting married in December here in Nigeria, how can i get my papers so as to be with her over there, she has about two years left in her visa.

Answer:
call the UK embassy in Lagos, don't forget to present genuine papers though
You both should be back in Nigeria.
You will have difficulty because the British High Commission in Lagos are now very strict. Even somebody who has been in UK previously (a lady Pastor) and complied with her visa 100% cannot get back. I would say you have very little chance because neither of you are British citizens. Even a British white man who married a foreign national (Jamaican) in her own country cannot get his wife over to UK. On the last occasion we tried the application was refused on the basis of "having no wedding pictures" (although the valid marriage certificate was produced)
