Anyone applied for K-3 visa by the petition I-129F ( for spouse)?

How long does the prcess takes to bring the spouse to US?
Can they speed up if spouse is pregnant?
P.S. I applied for I-130 in may and have the receipt number already.

In my experience it takes anywhere between 6 months and a year. They will not speed up if wife is pregnant.

If the newborn is the child of a US citizen, however, contact the US consulate in country of birth.

It takes 6 months to a year. No, being pregnant has nothing to do with it. There's nothing that can "speed" the process up. It's based on the date you apply and how busy the embassy or consulate is in the country the immigrant lives.
