Can a foreigner with a visiting visa into U.S get an employment?

Can a foreiner with a visitors visa have a job when he comes to U.S and how does he apply his dream carreir?

Answer:
There are some visas that do allow you to obtain a Job in america, while there are others that do not. A visa that was issued to travel/vacation likely does not allow employment. See http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/...
No. You must apply for a work permit.
AKA can a Mexican get a job.
No, its ilegal.
It takes the Green Card, which is in essence a Work Visa. Sometimes, an employer will sponsor you application for such a card. The automatic approval for such a card they hand out to health care professionals (nurses and such) and au pairs (being a nanny for the rich folks). But hey, we've got 12 million illegal workers and nobody doing anything about it.
