Because he has ignored it for so long that now he is afraid to look like an idiot for allowing this case to have gone as far as it did.

Those two should use the tactics used by the LAPD. They should have tackled the illegal, not shot him in the ***.
They are enforcement like the police and if the policed pulled some sh*t like shooting people in the *** for running they, too, would be locked up.
Becaus they are criminals and deserve to be in jail.
Of course, if you want to excuse their violations of the law, then its ok to excuse other violations--what's sauce for the goos and all that. So you can't logically have any objection to amnesty for undocumented immigrants.

You and I agree on this, but I think Bush is very short-sighted about our borders and I doubt he will pardon them.. It is wrong, but the way it is.
