Your logic is faulty.
First. Illegal aliens don't belong here IN THE FIRST PLACE. You cannot "logically" compare them to citizens. You can compare citizens to other citizens or illegal aliens to other illegal aliens. That is the only comparison you can do.
Second, since illegal aliens don't belong here in the first place, ANY death or crime or any other negative impact on our society or citizens is wrong.
Third you mention that illegal aliens should be "deported after their prison terms". Do you know who foots the bill for inmates??? AMERICAN TAXPAYERS. Everybody does not "agree with this" as you state.
That's another impact on our society. Why should our tax dollar be spent to imprison illegal aliens that shouldn't even be here in the first place. We have enough criminals of our own. We pay enough taxes as it is, without contributing our tax dollar to criminals from other countries.

I know exactly what you are saying. That article has shown up a couple times now on YA. I have nothing against Mexican's, just don't want people to do illegal things to get here.
They are wrong and they know it so are the people that help them. The greed of a few will cause the suffering of millions.
They don't have an arguement. When they say it doesn't matter cause American citizens also commit the same offense is a stretch. They fail to realize that for example 1 American citizen kills another in a drunk driving accident and 1 illegal alien does the same, if the illeal wasn't here that cuts the fatality rate in my example by half. They'd just rather you believe that if there were no illegal aliens in the USA it would not affect the stats on drunk driving deaths. Horribly false.
I don't understand why people can't grasp the concept of illegal and defend these felons . It is just so they can disagree with the other side , their beliefs are based on the opposite of what conservatives believe . They are like a little kid that constantly argues for no reason but to be annoying
All of their arguments are LAME and PATHETIC. "Jobs Americans won't do..." "Just trying to make a better life," "we're all immigrants," are a few more lame ones. The bottom line is, if a person is in this country illegally, that makes him/her a criminal. Criminals should be treated as such.
My thought is that a lot of the people who point out that these people are here illegally, ignore the fact that the people who hire them are also doing something illegal. These employers are making money off exploiting this cheap labor force and what they are doing is immoral. Those are the people that Bush and Congress are appeasing, when they come up with these "guest worker" immigration reforms.
Your argument is way weaker. You see one case of that happening and you automatically assume that all illegals do it. No sir, your argument is very weak.
You think you are so clever because you can pick out one case and then generalize and make decent, hardworking people look bad. Well, you cant.
Pro - illegal liberals don't view the illegals as illegals.They view them as Sen. Harry Reid does as undocumented Americans. They don't understand the that they are here illegally. In any other country that person would be jailed or worse but in the home of liberal judges it seems like anything goes. Unless of course you are a U.S. citizen.

You are right, the pro-illegals don't have any real argument so they say stupid things. For example they always call those against illegal immigration racists, even though we are not racist, we just don't want millions of illegal immigrants here.
We, the citizens of the U.S. have enough problems of our own. We do not need the illegal aliens adding to these problems. Let them drive drunk in their own Country and let their own legal system deal with them.

Nobody is saying illegal immigrants should be allowed to get away with driving drunk and killing people. They should and do get the same punishment as anybody else, plus, after their prison terms, they get deported, which everyone agrees with.
Why should you blame all illegal immigrants because some are drunk drivers? Do you blame all citizens because some are drunk drivers?
