They can ignore all the laws except for the Ten Commandments especially the one that says "Thou shalt not desire thy neighbors ***."
Chee: Entering illegally is a civil offense. The difference is that you will never do jail time for a civil offense and it is not seen as a crime. Civil offense!! Civil offense!! Keep up the good work!!

No laws should be ignored by anyone but it happens everyday. Crossing the border is a misdemeanor just like hundreds and thousands committed by legal Americans everyday. Should the borders be closed, sure they should, should have been done a long time ago but the stuff that gets said here isn't about that, its about blaming a single group of people for all of what is wrong in the world.
Like it or not they are allowed to ignore all laws. Which is incredibly stupid.
I don't know but I know one thing I heard the reason the wages are down is because of them. Example in Los Angeles in the 70's you could have got a job working at a body and fender shop making 30 dollars an hour and have a union supporting you. Now in 2006 those jobs are done by illegals who make about 8 dollars an hour and no union.

In my book? they have the Right to Remain Silent, they Have the right to an attorney, if they cannot afford one, the court will assign one, they will be given a speedy trial! If their friends are harboring them, they can go too for committing identity theft, fraud etc...etc...etc...so on and so forth!
Recieve a REWARD of 10% by going to irs.gov, download form 3949A, fill it out make a copy for yourself and send it Certified Mail. Also report them to your local police, Federal Trade Commission, Social Security Administration, US Postal Inspectors and that should do it!
