My family is here in the Phils. My only desire is to see my daughter and family I have not seen my daughters for five years already. Also, my grandchildren that I have not seen yet. What shall I do. I really miss my daughter so much. Is there any other way for the consul to believe that I am coming back after the duration of my visit. My family is here, my other children are here, my other grandchildren are here, I have a house here and other property. I have a job. In three years time I will retire. I hope some consul will be able to read my letter/appeal. I hope and pray that somebody out there will help me go to the US.

The problem is that over a million from the Philippines are here Tago Ng Tago (illegal alien) already. They all looked an American consular officer in the eye and swore they were coming back at the end of their visit. When they get to the United States they seem to change their minds.
To answer your question, there is no review for rejected visitor visas. I suggest you wait about 6 months and then try again.
