Australia Immigration: How long does it take after being asked for the medical?

We are in the process of applying for permanent resident status so we can move to Australia.

So far we have completed and submitted the forms and we have been asked to get medicals sorted which is essentially the last stage. How much longer after we have had the medicals does the process take?

Given that we are being asked to do the medicals does this mean that everything else on the form is OK? or could we be asked for more info?
