You can't claim a job as "yours" REGARDLESS OF WHO IS WORKING IT PRESENTLY. A private company /industry has a right to hire the people that serves it's purposes to the fullest. Companies should be NOT put into the law enforcement position of verifying legal documents and "interrogating" those who might cause a suspision.
And it's just plain stupid to try and shut down a company that may be benefitting your neighbors financially, your town culturally, and your state fiscally . Ignore all of that and have your hissy-fit because a brown guy got a low wage job and you didn't? The days of your birthright to such privilege is quietly, but quickly disappearing. No. No illegal Mexican has taken my job. A legal Canadian has though. So I went out, got another job, and trained to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Most of us are proletariat (we sell our labor for a wage). It doesn't matter if we are born in this country or Mexico. All workers should unite.
Go to your state labor board. Contact ICE. Sue the employer.

"These Mexicans", boy what a general statement. You need to get to know some of these people who come to the US illegally and work in jobs that citizens do not want. Some of these men work very hard, sending money back home so their families can have the basics in life. I know that immigration is a big issue and the US needs to address it, but when make general comments like this it doesn't help anybody.
I would tell you too bad. I think that a lot of people just cant accept that "immigrants" as everyone likes to label them, are more qualified to do the job. They work harder than most Americans, and instead of being greedy, they send almost all of their money to their families.
