Who cares? His fortune is based on the tenuous business environment in Mexico. A few years back, there was some guy from Thailand who was among the world's richest. Then, the ASEAN crisis hit and he is no longer listed among the top 500. Keep in mind that Mexico is not a bastion of financial stability. Anyway, I am happy for Carlos. Too bad he can't use some of this wealth to help stamp out the corrupt government of Mexico. Maybe it would help end this "make a run for the border" attitude that Mexican's have.
Then he should take his people that are here illegally home and provide them with decent wages, don't you think? They are here at will, being exploited because their own motherland can't take care of them or provide laws to ensure they get decent pay. What is up with Mexico?
