"Christians" often blame the Jews for Christ's death and use that as an excuse to hate them. The Bible tells us to love our enemies and Christianity is the completed form of Judaism, so there is no reason for Christians really to hate the Jews, especially when you know that Christ died for our sins, both Jew and Gentile. However, Martin Luther was pretty anti-Semitic and the Nazis used his theology as propaganda during the Holocaust. I personally believe in the Devil and that he holds worldly people under his sway to varying degrees. He really hates the Jews and so the world does too. The world has been trying to annihilate the Jews for a long time but God will not allow it, although He does allow some of them to be persecuted, just like He does with Christians. I think Satan was the ultimate source of that hatred. I know some will think I'm crazy, but oh well. Some people also just don't want any newcomers into their country.
