Immigration makes America strong. This country was built on immigration and true conservatives support it. I thank George W. Bush for standing up for immigrant rights. Immigrants need to be treated without amnesty and without animosity and that's exactly what the senate bill does.
Vote the incumbants out inthe next election!

You can't do anything. You can try to elect officials that will repeal provisions of this bill, but that's like trying to leave Iraq once the war has started. If this bill passes, its decision will practically be final.
We are just screwed . I don't know what we can do honestly. There is nothing to do but watch the roaches come in through the front door .

We'd have to vote out every incumbent in the next 2 elections & start all over again. Even then there is no promise that they will repeal the law & enforce the old immigration law.
I personally think that U.S. citizens are going to have to take matters into their own hands. We're apt to see violent conflict like never before.
All politics are local. We will send them packing one at a time.
There is a lot that Americans can do, but I really don't think that this bill will pass to begin with...I mean it can barely be voted on in the Senate and it still needs to got through the House...I don't think it will pass that because the HOUSE is who is actually in touch with their constituents, unlike the Senate.
If it does pass, god forbid, then I think what will end up happening is a lot of irate AMERICANS who will be angry that they were not heard or listened to. You don't want to p*ss of an American, because we fight back like they did 231 years ago.
Contrary to ANYTHING that they pass we STILL have the Constitution.
As the passage of the bill illustrates, the democratic process in America has failed. There is no realistic hope of addressing the issue - or, indeed, any other issue - through electoral or legal processes.
