What is the equivalent title (MSc or BSc) for 5 year degree in Spain such Licenciado Fisicas, Quimica, etc?

Answer:
not quite sure i understand your question....but a Licenciado is equivilant to a Bachelor's Degree. (this typically takes 4 years, but there is no time limit.) there are two types of bachelors...a BA and a BS. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science) if you have a Master's degree...that is when people would call you "Maestra or Maestro"

with your examples...you might say "I have a bachelor's degree in Physics." or "i have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry." we typically do not indicate whether that bachelor's degree is one in arts or one in science. (ususally the difference is the arts degree requires foreign language study. some degrees such as an English degree are only available with a Bachelor of Arts. but other degrees such as chemistry or physics...they might be available in both bachelor of arts or science.)
