This is nothin but a cleverly disguised blanket amnesty.
I have viewed the online breakdown of the bill and I can tell you it is very long and in complicated language for a reason.
They don't want anyone seeing through their smoke and mirrors.
We are all about to lose this Nation and if you think that because you do not live in a border state this doesn't effect you, you are about to have a very rude awakening!
How can they even consider this so called Immigration Reform bill without first securing our borders. This Government promised to fix our security after 9/11! They have done just the opposite and I as a tax payer and a voter am disgusted and alarmed.
The voice of the American people has gone ignored and these people we voted into power are running away with our Nation and selling it out to the highest bidder.
It's time for a revolution!
This bill is nothing but a way for the elite to silence the Middle and Lower class once and for all!
We will now have to compete with uneducated non-speaking low wage illegal immigrants who broke the law and were rewarded.

i haven't found the so far 20+ amendments to the strive act, a/k/a the "z visa" bill legislation on the internet.
i want to know why there are amendments to it so soon? it was sitting around for a YEAR somewhere in teddy kennedy's office, so it is presumed (... ? ...) unnoticed ( ? oh, really ?) by even president bush! (yeah, sure).
why do i say that? because, even 10 days ago, bush had not yet "found time" to read the damned bill that he is pushing and pushing and pushing to be made into law.
so, where in fact are the ever increasing numbers of amendments to the strive act bill? it took damned long enough and enough hollering by us americans to even be able to locate and read the strive act itself, as written, 1,000 pages!
i see no reason that we as the citizens that foot the damned economy via paying more and more and more taxes, which impoverishes us, should do ANYTHING that takes up our precious time that should be to our jobs and to our families to LOCATE these amendments, do you? why should you have to weed through websites? why should you have to follow this link that links to that link that links to this link that then links to that link?
are you going to spend your entire day and your entire week finding the "amendments?" why is the entire bill and all the amendments not printed in newspapers?
oh, i know: the bill and the amendments to it are not printed because the american public would rather read stories about paris hilton, a stain to womanhood who should be entirely ignored, rich-kid (ugly face too) turned internet porno queen turned into cry-baby as she is. what importance to your life is paris hilton? is she going to raise your kids?
who will raise the kids of illegal immigrants when the heads of households must return to their native land (mostly, to mexico) for how long (?) before they come back here to pay only up to $5,000 in a "fine," but not any income tax or penalties or interest on the cash they made for who knows how long, under the table? will illegal immigrants' kids run wild in the cities of america, or will they go on busloads of radicals known as "la raza" to washington dc to push this travesty of injustice to the american people upon us via our own PRESIDENT'S insistence (when he had not had made time to read the damned bill for a year!) that the senators MUST make it law by july? why? why must they? who says so? do we, the taxpayers that pay for them to have their offices and secretaries and fancy limos and secret service agents and guards and telephones and postage and plush offices and free airplane rides and free or highly discounted plush hotel rooms, demand that they pass legislation that:
1. is not clear to us;
2. is not published in total;
3. is not being analyzed in a bipartisan or better yet, independent manner by the press;
4. and is having secretive amendments placed on it that also are not open to our scrutiny...
do we, the actual and real CITIZENS of our country, of OUR LAND want the senate to pass this bill, the one that is going to hurt you and me?
i do not!
so tell me, where do i find, easily, the wording and fair, independent interpretations, pros and cons of this bill and its amendments in the public realm without wasting every minute of the day i have to make money and to pay my taxes, like a good little american citizen, by hunting around on the internet?
this is what corporate america wants you to do because it will raise up its all-important "bottom line" profits: it wants you to waste your time in distraction.
haven't you noticed how hard it is to speak to a human being on the phone about your credit card account? haven't you noticed how often the company's 800 phone number is appearing in smaller print than is the name of their website? why is that?
the reason is so that we continue to pay exorbitant prices for the goods that the company provides to us without getting service from an american, that's why. the big corporations want us to be STUPID.
look, don't you remember your lessons about taxation only with representation? that means we pay taxes for the government to represent US, we, the citizens of the united states of america!
certainly there will be a revolt if we are not listened to, if we are not REPRESENTED in the passage of this damned
big- business-wins-all "strive act," a/k/a "z visa" bill to take in TWELVE MILLION illegal aliens as citizens over and above the 300,000,000 people that are in fact legal citizens that live here, in the 50 states of our country! and that will be very bad, a revolt, because then it will bring martial law upon us and will remove democracy!
bomb your reps, your senators, the white house, each and every single day with the very same single-page typed statement saying that you will watch their voting records and just maybe, their treasonous acts against we, the people of the united states of america if they do not represent us! fax them that letter, send it by email attachment, put it into the mail box each and every single day. ARE THEY SO STUPID that they cannot read english?
we do NOT WANT the damned strive act!
