Immigration advice needed.Please help?

I'm a British guy married to a wonderful canadian woman.Just been rejected for my residency(minor offence in u.k.was given a caution)Desperatly need advice on how to appeal

Answer:
Check out the link to the Canadian's government website.
If it is only a caution, in due course that should get ignored and you will eventually be able to get the residency. An appeal may or need not bring in the desired results! Instead, it could make things worse for the future reapplication.
Look for the government's immigration website and follow instructions. I'd post a link but I'm not sure which country you are attempting to seek residency in.
