Tell him to go home and take you and the kids with him. File there and wait the time out in his country.
Go to vegas
Go to Mexico and Marry him there and file your papers.
i just read a story about a ladie with the same problem ..she had two kids and got married filed the paper work for her illegal husband in the US and then he got deported for 10 years ..now she has to either go and live with him in mexico or live in the states by her self raising both kids..when she could have just filed the appropriate document in mexico and then he could have came back to the states.
make shur you talk to the right people and research !
Go back to Mexico with him and get married there. You can get married here, but he still will not be a citizen.
You all move to mexico,have your ceremony and stay there.
