Does illegal children born in uk get right of uk?
Answer:
Should be all shipped back to where you came from so it's irrelevent.
I would say the same rights as the parents the child is here illegally
If you can have your rights, the child can
not as a rule...but there are ways rounds it....
There is no such thing as an illeagle child born in Uk or any other country for that matter. If a child is born in UK that child is British it does not matter how his or her parents got there
if you have registered the child and got a birth certificate (which by law you should have) then the child is British with dual nationality. Therefore he/she can have a British passport plus one from its parents country of origin.
Children cannot be treated illegal but only their parents! If the parents eventually get amnesty and are allowed to stay, the children will have the right to stay back! This I suppose is the norm but the government may have its own way of looking at the problem! So, better check with the immigration authority!
No. Nice try though.
yes, their kids are uk citizens
logicaly no, the child would also be illegal.
However given the fact that the Tony's gang operate. I would of thought the Child would be classed as british.
which would no doubt give the illegal parents full UK rights.
Thus they could start taking a little bit more from the country.
no to qualify for automatic british citizenship you parents have to have been born in the uk and be british citizens
no. just becasue a child is born here doesn't make it a British citizen. At least one of the parents must have a settled status on there passport for this to be so. go to your local Citizens advice bureau about how you can stay here legally, i'm sure it musnt be nice lookin over your shoulder all the time...good luck
First of all the child would not be illegal! the only thing is the child would not be entitled to a british passport as the home office stopped it a few years ago and that was why a lot of people I know went to Ireland to give birth...
Don't be afraid just phone any Law centre in your area for free advice as I find them very useful. http://www.lawcentres.org.uk/lawcentres/...
No. Being born in the UK does not give you citizenship. If neither parent is British, then no, the child is NOT British and has no residency rights.
Blimey - what a lot of entertaining and indeed hilarious answers.
If the parents of a child are unlawfully present in the UK then the child does NOT become a UK citizen on birth, nor does it have any other residence rights. If the parents have made application to the Home Office then they can make the Home Office aware of the birth of their dependant child (who will then become party to the application). If the Immigration Service moves to remove the parents then the child can also be removed as a dependant of an immigration offender or person who has been refused entry.
uk born child of illegal does not give any rights to the child or the parents.
No. The child will have the same citizenship as it's parents. :-)
no
If a child is born in the UK, and even if its birth is registered here, unless one of its parents is British, it is not a UK citizen until it has been legally resident for 5 years. If it were, people would be coming to the UK to have children, so they could stay. A problem recently changed in Ireland.
no unlike in the USA we have no such law. but the matter would be taken into consideration by a judge, and the likelihood would be they could remain, but it wouldn't be a certainty good question though and one worthy of a star
No.
I know in Ireland there was a referendum on this issue because originally a provision in our constitution allowed the whole family to stay once the child was born in Ireland. The referendum changed this and now a child and it's family may still be deported depending on their individual case
yes,but when the child is 16
Another bloody scam to get around our laws....Get out NOW..
NO it has no rights.
Why cant you go back to where your old country instead of
being here where overcrowded as it is
NO
Both the parents and children will be deported back to their country of origin.
This country has enough illegal immigrants trying to get round the system we don't need or want anymore!
I think they do become British citizens even if their parents aren't.
If I had a child in Australia or USA they would be classed as a citizens of that country.
Its all wrong.
