I agree with you! I watched a show on CNN about the U.S. borders and it showed the lack of patrol along the Canadian border. There was actually a shed on the side of the road that the reporter had to get out of his car, pick up the phone, and show his passport through a web cam to the person on the other end! There was no one there to make him stop! Another part of the program showed a lake that was never guarded which provided water access to the United States. They reported that a huge amount of drugs entered our country across that lake!
The obsession over the Mexican border is because of the type of people that are entering there. I haven't heard of any Mexican terrorists, have you? Terrorists have the funds to enter Canada first and cross our borders from the north, we need to be more concerned with that.

Dude, it's nice in Canada. They don't want in here for longer than a weekend. Besides, the people that are worried about immigration are just scared of non-white people. They wouldn't care if Canadians were parachuting in by the thousands.
yes, but not as much. the canadians rarely come here. they have no reason to. mexicans do for job purposes or for freedom. so they have a ligitimet reason to come to the US. but the canadians like it there and there are never enough imigrants to make a impact, or even a dent on the larger scale
That border is actually more protected than the Mexico border. Only about 1 out of 90 come through the Northern Border. It is harder due to getting into Canada, travel, then the extreme climate in the Northern USA. Only the Western part is passable in the Northern boarder and it is loaded with Video Surveillance and infer ed detectors.
there arent very many illegals so it would be a waste of time to have a big border patrol across the whole northern border(like 4 times as much as the southern border) just to bust a few illegals
Why worry about Canada? That is a tiny trickle compared to the Tsunami coming from Mexico!
Actually the ratio is negative... There is much more Americans coming from the US than Canadians going to the US... Actually, we even have more non-Canadian crossing the border from Canada to US, because its too hard to arrived directly in the US...
So, you can block your own border, but when your government will begin to screw you even more, than you will go where to hide?
Also, Canada and USA have about 300billions trade every year between the two, so slowing down the border, will cost the US economy a dear price... As for our economy, it will not matter too much as almost everything is made in China, only food supplies will get hit...

You know you all are right. Let's worry about those who just come to support their families. Let's not worry about those white, english speaking people. There can't be anything at all wrong with them cuz they're white and speak english.
