this illegal alien from brazil, payed soemone who sort of looked like her, to give her all of their information she would need at the dmv to apply for a new liscence...
and by apllying for a new liscence (under the other persons identity) she got a picture taken and everything,,
so therefore she has this liscence with all this real info which checks out, that isnt her real info
and a real pic of her...

It happens all the time. Mostly people don't pay for the information, they just steal it though. Another crime to add to the illegal criminal aliens.

Sure, but now the original person's ID is officially no longer valid because it's been replaced. Doubt if anyone would give her grief about it though. Yeah, it's a good scam.

Yeah it's possible if look close enough to the pic they have on record...but it's really illegal and both especially the one who gave her the info can get in serious trouble. I believe it's a felony aside from aiding and abedding a felon cause being an illegal is a felony also so...figure it out. Not a good idea but yeah if they don't use finger prints for ID as they don't then there is no real way to beable to tell, this is where eye scanning needs to come into play, even though they (the government) already has my prints I wouldn't want anyone to have to give them up otherwise.
