Answer:
It depends on the job description your employer is trying to fill. With one year of experience and a masters degree your credentials should be fine. if your employer kept his books right and did all the things he had to to be in good terms with USCIS, I-129 (h1b) will be approved easily. So make sure your employer is a good guy and not a body shop owner who just racks up money from people outside the country. Look at how many years he has been doing business, how many employees he has and any testimonials from current employees will help you a lot.
That depends on your prospective employer. An H1B visa only requires a bachelor's degree. Therefore an advanced degree is at the discretion of the potential employer and what they deem necessary to do their work.
Experience for what...studying?
your entering the US lotto. good luck.
You shouldn't have any problem w/ the visa, the main issue is whether or not your company's attorney's get the application in on time b/c the numbers fill up very rapidly. When they ask you for any documentation, make sure you get it to them as quickly as possible.
You can't apply for an H1B visa. You need to find a job with a US employer. It's up to your US based employer to apply for one for you.
