She got the boot from the U.S. government which, in all its diligence, of course failed to deport her. Now I hear she is married again, to someone I presume is a U.S. citizen. Does this nullify the revocation of her visa? She started openly going with this guy literally the day after we decided to divorce. I've always thought it was the greatest justice against her to have her be an illegal alien.

If she got the boot from the US government (I'm guessing they decided she came here to marry you and that she did not enter into the marriage in good faith) then it would be exceedingly stupid of her to try and make herself legal if her prior case (marriage to you) resulted in a deportation order. She will have to spend the rest of her life looking over her shoulder. Is that enough justice for you?
If you know where she lives you do, of course, always have the option of reporting her whereabouts to the USCIS and letting them enforce the deportation order.
