I predict that if they pass their amnesty plan, the country will be in turmoil within 5 years. Civil war and armed conflict in almost every state.

Ya that's exactly what it is. They can call it whatever they want but it doesn't change what it is. It doesn't need to be re-written......just enforced for the first time since the last amnesty. We already have a guest worker program as well. The guy just doesn't get that alot of these people have no intention of following ANY rules no matter what they come up with.
