Bush says he is trying to install a migratory worker program so people from mexico can come and work legally for a predetermined time. WHY?! I thought we were going to get a fence built and keep illegals out not to give them a redcarpet entrance! Does that mean that the fence is not going to be built?

Bush is a open borders freak. He has turned his back on 90% of the American people. the democrats have trapped him and now its all going to hell in a hand basket. I almost threw up when he said amnesty.
I don't think either Dems or Repubs will approve the fence because of the cost. Nothing wrong with a guest worker program in my opinion. The jobs they would fill are jobs that Americans will not do because the pay is poor.
