Not about race at all. Nice try again zapata. It boils down to the fact that the Mexican race are the majority who illegally enter the United States. There would be just as much of an outcry if it was any race of freeloaders.

It's really about the numbers. Btw, it's not "Mexicans". The illegals flooding in are from a multitude of countries south of our border. That's why I use the term "Illegals" or "Illegal Aliens". They come from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Panama among others.
More Mexicans than the others. Besides they can slip over our borders easier, and they breed faster, than others can swim an ocean.
THEY ARE OVERWELMINGLY THE MAJORITY WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN??
There are far more Mexicans than any other, and they are so numerous as to not be assimilating.
Poles, Italians, and Irish also have usually attained much higher levels of education than Mexicans, who often only have a sixth-grade education which makes it harder for them to find skilled-labor jobs.
If theres a law its got to be for everybody !!
But some people think that mexicans are the only ones that should accomplish the law.

because they are ignorant and have nothing better to do than complain and blame everybody else in their problems - they dont realize that there are millions of illegal immigrants from Europe, Russia, Asia etc.
We're being overrun with Mexicans. Not just Mexicans, which I have no problem with, but Mexicans who break our laws and then demand rights.
We aren't being overrun with illegal Polish, Irish, Italians, or anybody else.
And the Mexican government is encouraging illegal immigration.
There's a perception that Mexicans are less likely to learn English than immigrants from other countries. *shrug* I don't know whether or not it's true.
I think/hope it's based on the shrinking manufacturing base. I sure hope it's not the belief that because some Mexican immigrants are not speaking English, that their children never will. This implies that Eurasians walked off the boat with a high degree of fluency and dispersed as they walked down the block. In reality, (voluntary) immigrant waves have followed a predictable pattern: immigrants form an ethnic enclave, 2nd generation maintains this enclave and builds capital, 3rd generation begins intermmarriage and dispersement and achieves greater social mobility. This is not hard and fast, but it has been the general trend.
