Why do Mexicans love a country that denied them a life,a job,a house,a education,but still everybody is Viva?

do you all only see the Mexican flag? no. I see Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Germany, Colombia, Honduras, Guatemala.. this country has more than you want to see. you just look at the ones that really irritate you, don't you?

no single Mexican hates Mexico , we are simply in another country , looking for a better life , and you my friend will do the same if you was in a similar situation . we are not taking your country , we are here to work and support our families back home . you need our hands and we need the work that is it and that is all. we also love this country nobody is taking anything from anyone . we will give our lifes for your flag if that is what it takes we get the work done , period .

I'm wondering that myself. I live in a majority of Hispanics area, and I understand that they want to remember where they came from, their culture, etc, but hey! Welcome to America, where we speak English and salute the American flag. No other immigrants to the USA expect us to print the ballots in their native language, or parade their flags, etc. They come here and assimilate into the culture. So I'm curious to read the answers you get here too!
We are a proud race and no one was denied a life. Get your facts straight. It just wasn't a good one. People from there come to this country with the promise of a better life. They, and many cultures; blacks, Chinese, Japanese, the "so called white", all show and express the same pride in their roots. The only ones that can really say "Viva America" are the American Indian. Everyone in America is not a full blooded American. We are a diverse country. I wonder if you are an American Indian to make these speculations of something you obviously know nothing, or little about. Now my answer is the same as your question, full of blasphemy and prejudice.
Because most of them are very poorly educated and don't understand that their own country drove them out.
This is Ed speaking from Veracruz, Mexico. First of all, no mexican hates his or her own motherland. Ask any mexican. Second of all, the reason why hundreds of thousands pepole crossed and cross the border is tht they want the best for their family and loved ones and many times it is very hard to get a decent oportunity in Mexico if you can't pay for it.
The mexican government for over more than 70 years have oppresed the mexican by fouling the democracy and polluting of lawholes and loops the tax paying system so that the money extracted from taxes goes right on their pockets and not where it supposed to be: SERVING OUR INTERESTS.
It is not the COUNTRY it is the GOVERNMENT. A slow change has been coming by for the past 6 years but it is still faulty and weak. The word country it is not a synonym of government (which in my true PERSONAL OPINION it is the American concept country=government); it is the 91 million of pepole who make the country and it's cultural diversity. We are proud of our ancestors, and also proud of our image.

Its an excuse to not assimilate for one, I don't understand it myself! If they really want to become Americans they would be learning English,and wrapping themselves in the American flag....As far as the Mexican flag is concerned they should reject it as a sign of the poverty left behind.

What about the Irish and St. Patrick's day with all the green; the Italian cuture, lttle Italy, Sopranos et all; Germans and their October Fests; the Polish; Little Odessa et etc etc.?

I haven't quite figured it out - but either you are a very unhappy Mexican who feels his family has been "dumped" on, or you are against Mexicans because you feel superior.
Anyone who has to bash another person for any reason on a continuous basis is just one sorry, sad individual.

We are proud of being Mexican, as you are proud of being an American. You love the USA, and demostrate that while there are some things about your country that you do not like. The same goes for Mexicans. The country itself did not do them wrong, it is the government that keeps a tight reign on the money it recieves from all the factories, oil, and textiles. The people do not control the goverment there, they are paid off by the drug dealers, and the rich. It's about pride in a race not in the country. That is why.
