Would this Help Stop Illegal Immigration?
I don't think the illegals are here to harm the US with bombs, etc. so it seems it might help, if only a little, if this was done.
It would make them aware of the great danger of coming here perhaps helping a terrorist get in here using them.
There are some who know how to read. It would begin a word of mouth transfer of their involuntary involovment with terrorists.
They could easily take it to one who can read if they can't.

I personally am all for racial profiling, just put a wall of pictures of the hijackers at every checkpoint at airports and when ever Muslim looking individual is checked more thoroughly then the others and he cry "racial profiling" the TCP guy can just point at the wall and say "look at the pictures haggie" (pronounced: ha Ge)
Honestly, I don't think it will do much. They'll still keep coming breaking our laws and demanding rights.

Could not hurt. How about a promise of citizenship to any illegal alien who gives the New York Police Department or any State or Local Police Department information leading to the arrest and capture of terrorist?
I would say to give Homeland security the information but lets face it no illegal is going to trust Homeland Security, after all they raid a sweat shop in NH to send back illegals. Leaving the children of those poor people in foster care. WOW that's fighting terrorism
And of course there is the fact that Homeland Security give Wyoming almost 70% more money to fight terrorism then it gives NY.
It won't work. The only thing that will work is Arrest and Deport now.
It would have no effect. The motivations of many Mexican illegals are out of desperation for a better life. In deference to uncertain security concerns for the US, they will not give up the certainty of a better life in the US.
It will not make a difference. People don't do things for a nameless society when they are trying to take care of themselves and/or their family.
If you want to stop illegal immigration, fine the companies that hire them for work. Remove the jobs (by making the fines expensive enough to be prohibitive) and illegal immigration will dry up.

I think it won't stop Mexicans from getting into the US.
It might stop terrorists if the US government starts offering legal residence to an illegal immigrant who leads to the capture of a terrorist. That way, illegal aliens wouldn’t be afraid to speak up if they see a person that fits the terrorist profile coming along with them.
I doubt that will work- The Mexican government and agencies print flyers about the dangers of crossing the border illegally are (rape, murder, theft, drowning) and they still come.
