No they do not.
They do not collect SS benefits. But they do not pay taxes and are basically short changing the SS system.
They steal the identities of Americans. If they withdraw on SS funds first, the person who really owns the SS # is screwed and is fighting to clear things up for 2 years.
they can use a stolen SS#. not a false one, but a stolen one. i have a friend whose son is disabled, in a care facility. his card number was stolen, and that person began taking his benefits..and he was forced out of his care home for several months until the situation was resolved. very sad...he was paralized...it obviously wasn't him working.
i think the average illegal alien is not going to bother collecting benefits...that's kind of crazy. maybe a very lazy and malicious person...but not the average illegal, i doubt it.
