How can illegal immigrant children be successful in the US?

Seriously. I don't need answers like go back to where they came from. When these kids come over here because it's their parents' choice, they're here and there's not much they can do about it until they are adults. What can they legally do after graduating from high school? Will they always be illegal?

Answer:
Children who are illegal immigrants can use the public school system since schools are forbidden to ask for immigration status; therefore they (illegal immigrants) can graduate from high school.

While the children are going through school, most parents have submitted their children for Residency in the US. By the time, the illegal child has finished high school they are U.S. Residents.

If Residency hasn't been completed by the time the illegal has graduated from high school, he or she goes to college. Colleges are also forbidden to ask for immigration status. The illegal has to pay his tuition 100% because they aren't eligible for Federal aid or Grants because of their illegal status. Most illegal Immigrant parents help their illegal children to work under the table or they fund their college. By the time illegal child receives a Bachelor's degree, he would be a US Resident with a degree.

This may sound too simple but it's true when applied to Hispanic illegal immigrants. The majority of Hispanics are family-oriented and believe in helping each other. The parents will push their child to establish a life here in America and to speak English. As the child grows up, the parents use the child to read English documents and handle financial and business affairs that involve speaking English.

I work in a environment where I see immigrants every day asking me questions and 40% of the time it's their 8 year old kid asking me being the translator.
Nothing. What part of the word ILLEGAL doesn't register with you?
They can go home and come back the right way. It may not be their fault that they have criminals for parents but it's not mine either and I shouldn't have to pay for it or have them crapping all over the laws of my country. Americans first!
Yes, its sad that the kids are caught between a rock and a hard place. I fully understand, and empathize with the fact that they did not choose to be here illegally. However, it is not the fault of the citizens that these situations happen, and it should not be our burden to support them, give up our rights for them, etc. I don't mean to sound like a cold-hearted person, but as citizens, we do have a certain amount of sovereignty over those who are not.

When they become adults, they can leave and come back the right way, and be as successful as they want to, with all of the privileges that come with being here legally.
They shouldn't be our problem. Their parents had a choice (in most cases) either to have children or not. They also had a choice of coming here illegally or legally. These irresponsible parents, who were not financially ready for kids, are putting the burden on us, the American taxpayers. Deport them all!
Asking your question is like asking how a child can keep a bike that their parents stole for them. They didn't steal the bike. Someone else just left it locked with a small lock. It isn't their fault that their parents stole the bike instead of buying one.

Well my friend, if the bike is stolen, it will be taken away. If a child is brought here illegally, they will be illegal. Just because they didn't commit the original crime doesn't mean that they don't have to pay part of the penalty when they get part of the benefit.

What they really should do is work extremity hard, earn a load of money, return to the country of their roots and buy their way into this country. I am serous about that.
They'll follow their parent's example and stay here for free and get welfare for having a load of illegal children. It becomes a cycle.
Thats why there needs to be an amnesty..,,,For the childrens sake.,,,I mean they stole most of the country from Mexico anyway
actually children that are not legally here that end up in child services are given a green card and aren't deported(most people don't know that), so they become legal. If a person is here from a small child there should be options for them, because many times this is the only country they ever know. Most children though, even those born to illegal immigrants, are US citizens. In fact 90% of the children living in households of immigrants, legal and illegal are US citizens.
YES ME!! I came here in 92 and right now I probably make more money than you, legally of course. I've never been arrested, always did great in school, probably went to a better university than these ignorant ppl posting answers. I was able to accomplish everything b/c of my parents of course.
US doesnt make a person sucessful the parents do by raising them with morals and ethics. after you graduate apply for citizenship...until then your illegal and have no rights.
