I have a quick question , I just got a job with a company which is willing to file my GC in EB2 , the problem is that because i will be graduating in summer , my diploma date will be about 2/3 weeks after the start date ...Can I still file for Greencard under EB2 in this situation.

If you are you applying as an EB2-1, then you are not eligible based on the information you have provided. You must understand that you are qualified AFTER you have the degree, not before.
Cant u join under one title and when u get the degree get the real title ? Curious1USA will that suffice the EB2-1 need , because he was promoted to a new position (a different title) when he has the MASTERS ?
