How can Mr Bush be optimistic about this awfull immigration bill?
WASHINGTON — Senators urging the passage of a bill that would legalize millions of illegal immigrants hope to revive bipartisan support for the embattled measure and push it to passage by week's end.
President Bush's team is predicting victory Tuesday on the effort to allow the bill — among the president's top domestic priorities — to go forward.
"We're optimistic," said Joel Kaplan, Bush's deputy chief of staff.
This is the part that I can't help but laugh.
"Our intelligence suggests that there will be the votes there."

When a conservative is wrong we don`t give them a free pass and cover for them , we let them know we think they are wrong . Whereas a liberal will ignore his man and his actions in office and refuse to acknowledge the mistakes`his man is making , then turn around and pass "ALL" the blame on the other guy . Big part of what is wrong with this country today , the pot calling the kettle black !! Put the kool aid down for now and let everything clear up for you , you can`t put all the ill`s of this country on any one man or any one political party.

How? Because there really isn't any other logical method of dealing with a contradicting legality that through the decades has there not been any need to take law suits,and blanketed cover ups by conspiring citizens of this nation who as well will be forgiven for harboring illegals all ALONG.
I was going to say that Bush must of been boozing it up with Kennedy but Barry beat me to the punch line. Bush is the most insane president we have ever had.
Maybe we should as citizens stand at the border and start shooting those who cross into our nation. I know many will not like this comment. But they are invaders in our country, which we no not what their intent is.
