I want my fiancee to come over from phills to usa,,, but because we are not getting married right away, what?

visa should we apply for, and do we need any other documentation? . she will be here for about a month, maybe longer,, not sure yet... ahe would like to meet my friends and family.ultimately we will be married and living in phills .

Answer:
Just apply a K-1 (fiancee visa) for her so she could come and visit you and your family. She will not be granted a B2 if she will just visit a boyfriend. You have 90 days to decide if you want to get married. If not, the she goes back to the Philippines. If you get married, she can stay in the US, just file an adjustment of status.**
you have three choices
1) You go to the Philippines to see her then go back and apply for a fiancee visa which you'll have to marry within 90 days.
2) You go to the Philippines marry her and then apply for a spousal visa.
3) You move her get married apply for your 13a visa and then have her apply for a tourist visa.
There is NO way she can get a tourist visa to come see you as a single women, she will be turned down when she answers why she wants to go and she states to see her boyfriend and she will also show proof of property ownership, bank account and a stable job along with a letter giving her permission to leave and when she returns will still be employed, another words she will have to show enough assets that she will return and not become a flight risk.
