I have a friend from St Vincent who overstay her American visa for three years in the United States then went back to St Vincent to live. She stay in ST Vincent for nine years and are planning to travel to Canada because people from St Vincent do not need a visa to travel there. As she overstay her American Visa will she have problems to get in Canada with these immigrants Officers.
Answer:
No, unless she committed a criminal act in the USA, and she is on a watch list.
No problem what so ever, in fact put down her name and phone number so we can notify the officials.
why should that be a problem. If her father works for the CDC and she is going to different countries spreading TB and that's okay, I don't see any problem with that.
Three years overstay!?? How long does she plan on overstaying this time? Forever maybe?
