I would vote for anyone that would:
curb immigration
stop giving money to other countries and help our own out first
get rid of the thousands of admin personnel in the NHS to pay for more nurses and doctors [Brit ones]
go back to the 3 x R'sin the curriculum
stop giving benefits to people who refuse to work
allow teachers and police to bring back discipline
stop decimating our armed forces
make all children do 1 year community service / national service [unless they are going to university - then they do it after]
stop making the victims of crime pay instead of the offenders
h*ll - ill just run for PM as an independant - who would vote for me ?

No, no more messed up than every other country. We certainly have problems with education, alienation, etc. Immigration is NOT a problem as almost as many people leave as come in.
A lot of people on YA say it's fucked - without actually stating in any certain terms the way in which they believe it to be so. They just write a lot of loosely-conceived woolly platitudes about how the 50's were great, despite the rather horrible situations present in those decades, too.
The only thing I can see about the UK which worries me is the rise in people who would happily see race-specific legislation passed, or who would gladly vote for a neo-fascist party.
Yeah, problem is that it's the indigenous white population leaving. We have a huge 'brain-drain' problem in this country at all levels.

We certainly are, primarily because the English are governed by the Scots who are raping our ecomomy. The answer is simple, give the scots their independance, stop sending £11Bn North of the border every year and make it law that an MP must be a native of the constituency he wishes to stand for.

I do believe that your statement of fact is true and to the best of my knowledge and belief correct,you know the reason and so do I but Great Britain is not great any more because our government is too soft ,come to england(land of milk and honey) have a 5 bedroom house and an englishmans job iam sorry iam all for live and let live but give britains the chance first.
