Enoch Powell was a British politician who was an opponent of non-European immigration primarily by what is term New Colonies migrants- particularly Indians, Pakistanis and Blacks.
But most in particular he was opposed to the Racial Discrimination Act- a law that effectively privileged the minority over the majority Anglo-Celtic Briton.
