Answer:
Unless you have an EU passport, then you need a working VISA - and normally these are provided by the company that employs you.

So, first, apply for and get a job that includes assistance with the VISA.. but normally you would need to be highly skilled or trained to be able to take a position where they need the skills that are not available within the EU marketplace..

I'm pretty sure you have to apply from within your country- then wait another twenty years to reapply, then reapply again.

What makes you think you have the right to a job in someone else's country? It's not their fault you're unemployed.
