go to www.uscis.gov all the forms and fees that you would need are there and available for download. However, the first form you will need to file is the I-130 which is the petition for him stay in the US as a immediate family member. Good luck this a long and tedious process.

click the link that takes you to the green card and sleect immigration through family member. You need to file a I-130 which is just the petition. Then you need to submit the I-864 (which basically proves that you can support him x number of times over the poverty line).
Tip: If you are filing outside of the US, enquire abut direct consular filing. This is the fastest route.
