How many people must needlessly die before our government starts enforcing our laws?
Just because people drive drunk does not make it right for an illegal immigrate to drive drunk and kill. You can't dipute that this child would be alive today if we would just enforce our laws.

He11, their is an illegal Mexican who raped an 8 month old baby, and have caused it to become paralyzed. May get to walk and not be charged, because the police failed to inform him of his rights to speak with the Mexican Consulate.

It's a very sad story, my heart goes out to the family. This is a tragedy that COULD have been prevented if our laws were being enforced by our government. It's sad how helpless our law enforcement is. They come across illegal immigrants driving our streets uninsured and unlicensed and cannot do a thing about it in most of our states. They are breaking the law and should be stopped at first contact with our police.
That's disgusting and I feel for that poor family! We have laws that must be enforced NOW! They feel that our laws do not apply to them because they are not legal citizens and because they can do it in their home country they can do it here. If they want to treat there own country like s!$*t that's fine, but when they do it in my country it makes me sick.

What you and most people don't understand is humans are not an endangered specie and where the gov't ours or anyone else knows humans perish and are replaceable within a matter of seconds.
We are the only mammal specie on the planet along with domesticated animals breed for the sake of breeding(domesticated animals do it because we feed and care for them). Not to survive as a specie.
The only people that care if a child or person is murdered are the people who are close to them. Yes, we might express out anger or grief but we move on and forget. If we don't hear about it on the news it never happened.
Remember there a 6 Billion + people on the planet and it is going to keeps growing rapidly.
We have been looking the other way on enforcing a lot of laws but regarding Immigration many just now see the problems or it doesn't benefit them anymore.
We need to change our thinking on a lot things. Starting with enforcing the Rule of Law, knowing right from wrong and start thinking about the human species in a quality of life not quality in numbers.
Until then we are just spitting in the wind with caring about humans life. Think about it.

And what about the legal citizen in our state that killed a white family coming home from the mountains, he was driving drunk and by his criminal history this man was arrested 4 times for DUI and was released on a $5000 bail and only had his license revoked 90 days! And this 40 yr old woman that was driving drunk and ran into a group of people crossing the road after a game? Yes she was white. And about the drunken teenagers in Kings Mtn that went on a robbing spree and sped off and hit a mother and her son as they were leaving. And the 30 yr old white male that just hit a hispanic family killed Dad, injured mom, baby in ICU, and sister was killed! You can't dispute that this family would be alive today if we just inforced our laws. (Your words not mine) Deport all of them. You have a DUI and you kill someone don't just take their drivers license away deport them to a foreign country American citizens as well.
And you don't want me to pull the race card on you. Aren't you generalizing a population for the actions of one instead of the actions of the many? In Charlotte NC alone since Janurary of 07 there have been 181 major traffic accidents. 104 from DUI's /from those DUI'S 22 of them killed someone or seriously injured them. Only 4 were hispanic and only 1 was legal. 3 of them were asain all were illegal. The rest were black or white. Most of those DUI's were repeat offenders and they said that many did not have a license or license had been revoked. The American Citizens were the biggest contributors. Facts please - check it out in your own state how many DUI's were issued and what their race factor and age factor was then generalize.
God only knows. We must enforce our laws & deport illegals. I hate to hear about things like this, it could have been prevented if we enforced our laws.
