i am a filipina, my fiance is now working in canada. he wants me to visit him but the problem is he is not a canadian citizen and this month is his 2nd month of staying there. i was planning to apply for a tourist visa but many people said that the immigration need money in the bank for me to be qualified to enter canada... i don't know what to do. please help me guys how to make plan and decision for this prob. i miss my fiance so much! he has no time to visit me because he is still adjusting to his new assignment that's why he really want me to look for a solution to be together even just for few days because he miss me too and he keep on calling me through the phone. he is not rich also to do whatever he want because he need also to work for our future.. thnx

It is not clear from your question whether either one of you are in your respective country legally. If the current visa status is not valid, then you can forget about leaving the country and try to re-enter.

It is not likely that you will be allowed to but hey try...The best avenue is have a friend who is Canadian invite you, not your BF, and apply for a visitor's visa..be sure to have money and a return ticket and it is possible but very difficult...by the way you have many others thoughout the world to thank...Canadians have become so skeptical because so many come and claim refugee status so honest ones like yourself have problems...and if you BF is here illegal, then you have no chance until his status is confirmed.
you do have to shell out $400,000 dollars to the Canadian government as a five year loan, be a business owner or have at least a BA from university to become a citizen of Canada...but, it isn't hard to go visit as a tourist. pretty easy, actually.
why does he want you to find a solution if he also misses you that much? how did he get to Canada? perhaps he can show you how he did it,so you can also do the same thing
