La Raza will address the Senate and demand the "For our race everything, for all other races nothing" which Ted Kennedy hopes will get the bill out of cloture.
There is another bill to be debated first. The Leave No Illegal Alien Behind Act bill should be debated on late morning / afternoon with a vote to follow.
I would check C-SPAN. They're discussing and voting on whether or not to continue to debate the bill. Is anything going to get done?
