My family originally came here from Ireland. How easy or hard would it be for me to relocate there?
Answer:
You must have atleast one grandparent who is Irish born and you must have all the documents proving your relation to them to go about it that way. I couldn't get all the proper documents in my case so unless the documents stayed in the family they're not easy to acquire. If you have them, you're set!
Otherwise, you can stay for 3 months as a visitor(I suggest this to make sure you'll like it there,it is very different from the U.S. but I loved it) and in that time try your luck on finding an employer who will apply for a work permit for you. I found that getting a job was easy but getting an employer to go through the red tape for you was a daunting task.
Well... if you still have relatives over there you could visit and they while there apply for citizenship, etc.
You could actually get dual citizenship if your mother, father or grandparents had citizenship there.
Just give them some Leprechaun gold you've been hoarding and some bags of potatoes. Don't the Irish use 4 leaf clovers as currency still, also? Does Cromwell give you nightmares?
Well if you show sufficient funds to survive you can move or if you found a job you could move.
I think one of your grand parents has to be Irish (by citizenry) in order for you to obtain status.
