My tunisian husband?

Once my husband is excepted for a visa to england what will he need to do to get a job?

Answer:
According to British law, if he is your husband, he will be allowed to stay in the UK and to work for two years at first. Near the end of this time, if you are still married and still intend to live together, he may apply to stay in the UK permanently (meaning he can work full time as well).

If he is just your fiancee, he will be allowed to stay in the UK for 6 months with no permission to work. When you are married he may apply for a one-year extension as a spouse and, if the application is granted, he will be allowed to work. Near the end of this time he may apply to stay in the UK permanently.
