About EAD in TSC?
My husband (EB1, National Interest Waver) and I filed our case (I131, I765, I485) on Nov 3, 2006. I131 for both of us was approved on Dec 5, and he was also approved on I765(EAD). I am sti;; waiting to be approbed for my EAD.
I know that USCIS process the case with principle ( my case: my husband) first. Now, I am on H4 on his behalf.
But. I got job offer. I need to work from Feb 1st. But, I am still waiting for getting my EAD.
Does anybody can explain to me what is going on my case in TSC?
In addtion, my husband and I keep difference last names. Does it matter for this case?

No real answer why but some cases take longer than others even considering the nexus.
When my husband and I applied for Citizenship I got called first and he never got called. Figure that! They have their own system and putting things in together and evern requesting for the forms to stay together doesn't help. Good Luck
