ALL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OUR LANGUAGE.
FOREIGNERS WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE NO MATTER HOW LONG THEY ARE HERE.
FOREIGNERS WILL:
NEVER BE ABLE TO HOLD POLITICAL OFFICE.
NOT BE A BURDEN TO THE TAXPAYERS.
NO WELFARE, FOOD STAMPS, HEALTH CARE OR OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
FOREIGNERS CAN INVEST IN THIS COUNTRY BUT IT MUST BE AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 40,000 TIMES THE DAILY MINIMUM WAGE.
IF FOREIGNERS DO COME AND WANT TO BUY LAND, THAT WILL BE OKAY. BUT OPTIONS WILL BE RESTRICTED.... YOU ARE NOT ALLOW ED WATERFRONT PROPERTY. THAT IS RESERVED FOR CITIZENSATURALLY BORN INTO THIS COUNTRY.

That is already the immigration law in America. When I was a legal immigrant to this country I couldn't vote before I applied for and received citizenship. However, my taxes, wages etc were good enough, but not my vote. I was not wealthy enough to hold office and was not able to receive any substantial money for college without citizenship, although it was alright to contribute to the educational system through teaching.
You were a foreigner when you ancestors came and took over the native's land. You should not be allowed anything either?
It's basically said "Things should ONLY be on our benefit".
Those laws are to the extreme. It should depend on someones citizenship, not by race but citizenship. I and working on my USA citizenship right now but I don't complain, if you wish to be a citizen, you should earn it by law and by loyalty. Citizenship or giving Permanent residency should be thorough to avoid accommodating criminals who just wanted to run away from their responsibility and sentence somewhere.
I agree also that Government Positions should be only for the natural born citizen here, with legal family background. There should be no automatic citizenship if you are born by an illegal immigrant here. Natural born citizen privilege should only apply to those who are here legally. If the parents are illegally here then they don't exist in the records and they are like ghost sucking up our resources so why acknowledge the product of such. We all do respect, children in not at fault here, it's there parents and the parents should take responsibilities of this, which means get deported and have their children with them and take care of them not the hardworking tax payers.
I have been to Brunei, their law is strict but I respect it, they are so lawful and immigrants really worked hard to earn their citizenship and that is something to be proud of. Every foreigners that visit them respect their law because they implement it not sell it for votes.
These are similar to the immigration laws of many or most other countries, but if you advocate them for the USA, you'll promptly be called a "bigot" or a "racist," or be told "we're a nation of immigrants" and therefore don't have any right to apply any restrictions of any kind to the billions of people who wish to come and live here, too.
We should not use Mexico as our guide in almost anything, especially these punitive immigration policies. I agree with the language restrictions, because English only would help speed the process of learning English. However, let's have night-school English classes ($5.00 fee) at every grammerschool, high school and college and shopping center. Also, instead of flooding our emergency rooms, lets have tent-city health clinics for free.
Someday soon, we'll be very happy we have these YOUNG, TAX-PAYING workers to replace our aging baby boomers in their retirement years.
Our (TFR (Total Fertility Rate) is just barely at the replacement (2.1 per woman). When it goes below that, we're headed for a contracting economy. We do need these 12-25 million Mexicans-to-be Americans.
i think the immigrationlaw should be the same law that everyone else has except they need to learn english and become a citizen to vote thats all im asking and if your illegal you should do like one year in prison

Oh by the way, those rules also go for the residents and legal citizens of that country. You can not legally hold a peaceful protest in most of Mexicos major cities without a petition signed by those who will attend and pay the fees to use the central plaza or a legal agreement from the owner of the land that you are protesting on. If you are organizing the rally and you do not have the "right documentation" to hold a protest and you do not come willlingly to be jailed for the "peaceful" demonstration they have the right to hold you in their jail or prison for up to 5yrs without a trial, use lethal force to control a crowd, and shoot to kill if necessary. Federal military have check points on all major roads coming in and out of cities. You will have to stop and let them look into your belongings at any time and can not refuse or you will be taken to jail for 30 days and your things confiscated and may not ever see them again. Any political involvement or opposition to public officials when debating will get you a jail sentence of 15 days second offense gets you 90 third offense will get you 3yrs. Now why in the world would some one from Mexico want to live here permanantly? Beats the hell out of me?
A box of Frosted Flakes (tony the tiger) costs the same amount there as it does here $3.89. You make that in a day. Why would I want to come to America when Mexico will not set a minimum cost of living pay rate? Makes me wonder too?
Fear of speaking out and reform your own country and living under the thumb of a President who still runs the country as a King not a democracy. Why in the world would anybody from Mexico want to come here and ask for Amnesty? God only knows why they would get a crazy idea like that?
